Gusting winds and horizontal rain gave the shooters a challenge today (although conditions were relatively dry we hear compared to Cairndow the fortnight before!)

Despite the forecast, we had enough competitors to fill five squads.

Squad 3 obviously had all the lucky breaks in the weather – yielding 1st 2nd and 3rd places.

Competition:

High Gun was Duncan A MacColl on 49/144

Second Place was Sandy Hazelton on 49/142

Third place was Jim MacIntyre on 47/137

Pool Trap:

Plenty of 7/8 scores today, but only two competitors managed 8/8 from the pool trap, with Ian Love beat Paul Chalmers in the shootoff to take home the whisky
